Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using MyPepDoc ("App") operated by CodeByJ. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MyPepDoc, you confirm you are at least 17 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Not Medical Advice
MyPepDoc is an informational and tracking tool only. The App and its AI Doctor feature do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or stopping any health regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice based on anything in the App.
3. Subscriptions
MyPepDoc offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly — billed monthly
- Yearly — billed annually
Both plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal. Manage or cancel anytime via Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for unused portions except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are the property of CodeByJ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeByJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
